Families who have used 100% of their funding on lessons and activities or have withdrawn and returned all purchased curriculum to HCOS, can request their curriculum deposit refund at anytime during the year. Families with purchased curriculum at the end of the school year and who have returned all items to HCOS, can request their curriculum deposit refund between June 1st – June 30th.
Please ensure the name matches what is on file in Encom.
Refunds will only be sent to the email address on file in Encom.
If any items were purchased, please ensure all have been returned to HCOS before submitting this request.
